Located at the CHEMPARK Dormagen Asahi Kasei Spandex Europe GmbH develops and produces elastan fibers of outstanding quality for nearly all fields of applications of textile production. A consequent customer orientation, top product quality and strong innovative force are the central performance characteristics of Dorlastan® and Roica®.

Dorlastan® and Roica® fibers have extraordinary processing and product properties. They perfectly meet the highest and most diverse requirements of the textile industry. And the range of applications is extended continuously by targeted investments, based on an intensive dialog with the customers. Both pruducts are certified to Oeko-Tex standard 100 class 1 (products for babies).

To ensure strong customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of company performance including environmental protection and safety an effective management system is required. For this reason, Asahi Kasei Spandex Europe GmbH has set up an integrated quality and environmental management system according to the international standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001.
