The Impuls medical fitness and health center spans 1,700m2 and provides the following services under the supervision of sports therapists: Strength training designed to help with orthopedic injury led by sports therapists, two levels of cardiovascular and lactate-controlled endurance training, selected testing systems to examine condition and capabilities, targeted programs for beginners and advanced users (e.g. spinning, aerobics, abdominal and back training, Tai Chi and yoga), Finnish sauna and steam room.  Occupational health promotion and disease prevention programs (e.g. back clinic, endurance programs and stress management etc.) can be drawn up and implemented in conjunction with the Medical Department.
