External ISO 9001 audit successfully completed

The CURRENTA Language Service today launched its new online Translation Portal. This application will facilitate order placement for translations and other language-related services such as interpreting. Developed by BBS-IBS-Portal Solutions especially for the Language Service, the new portal responds to customers’ requirements for a faster and more transparent means of placing their orders. At the same time, it will serve as the central platform for the Language Service’s internal processes. The portal is initially available in German and English. It is planned to add a Spanish version in the near future.
The Language Service has already informed its regular customers about the launch and sent them their access data for the portal. External QM audit successfully completed

As part of CURRENTA’s company-wide certification effort, the Language Service was audited to ISO 9001 by external auditors Deloitte on April 28, 2010. This audit was completed successfully and the Language Service is now certified in accordance with this internationally recognized standard.
