Reliable disposal – as easy as ordering a book online
A process that used to involve lots of telephone calls, scheduling and protracted correspondence has now become almost entirely automated thanks to AMIS. AMIS is a convenient waste management information system and is available to our customers round the clock. All customers have to do is open the template and enter the materials for disposal. The AMIS system takes care of the rest, checking capacity, arranging timely transport and disposal and SAP-compliant invoicing. Disposal requirements that occur on a regular basis can also be set up in the form of a recurring order.
All the requisite accompanying documentation is prepared and allocated by AMIS automatically. The customer advisor will configure the master data to specify which documents are needed. The customer is able to pull up a list of outstanding orders at any time and to track the status of these.
Shorter process times and greater reliability
The structured and IT-supported flow of information between customer, transporter and disposal operator makes a major contribution to the speed of the disposal process. The ongoing control of the timeframe also helps in this regard. Comprehensive knowledge of the waste properties and full information for employees along the entire disposal chain ensure even greater reliability.
